I am filled with pride to share the remarkable news of Mafelile Molala Saidi’s official commissioning as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the Federal Republic of Germany. This significant achievement marks a new chapter in her career, and it is both a privilege and a responsibility that she carries with grace.
I had the opportunity to collaborate with Mafelile on SIYB Master Trainers Development in Afghanistan aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and community development. Her dedication to empowering individuals and fostering sustainable practices has always been inspiring. Working alongside her has given me valuable insights into the importance of strong leadership and commitment to positive change.
Mafelile Christina Molala is an esteemed professional who has dedicated her life to fostering entrepreneurship, capacity building, and youth empowerment across Africa and beyond. With over three decades of experience spanning 30 countries, she has made her mark as a certified trainer, mentor, and enterprise development expert. Her journey includes coordinating capacity-building projects in various nations such as Tanzania, Afghanistan, and Zimbabwe, where she has mentored thousands of youth and small business owners.
Women like Mafelile serve as powerful role models for all of us. Her impressive background includes holding a Master’s Degree in Development Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. As a certified member of the Global Academy of Finance and Management and a master trainer in multiple International Labour Organization (ILO) programs, she exemplifies adaptability to emerging trends.
Mafelile has also been instrumental in the success of initiatives like the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program, which has impacted millions of small businesses globally. Her influence extends to leading the translation of critical business training materials into Kiswahili and designing sustainable entrepreneurship frameworks that continue to benefit communities today.
